Returns Policy

  • Products must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached.
  • Men’s underwear and swimwear can’t be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.
  •  For purchases made by part-card, part-gift card, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.
  • Orders placed separately should not be returned as one. Combining orders will slow down the returns process.
  • We will send out your replacement item(s) free of charge usually within 3-7 working days once the return has been received. However will only do this once. If you want to exchange an item twice you will incur a shipping and handling fee.

We have a strict policy in relation to the condition of the items. All returned items must be as new, unworn and in original packaging. Failure to meet our policy will result in an immediate rejection of the return. If you are unsure about any aspect of this policy, please contact us first using our support email. 

Sale/Outlet items:
Please note any items purchased from our sale/outlet items which are end of line may only be exchanged or for a gift card to the same amount. Refunds will not be given for any sale / discontinued items.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

We do not currently allow refunds on multiple returns, if an item has already be exchanged once it can only be returned for a gift card within the 14 days of the original purchase.

I want to cancel / amend my order

If you do wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with the following information:

  • Name
  • Order Number
  • Email Address
  • Amendment you require

We will always strive to amend your order before it leaves our warehouse, but we aren't always able to. We will do all we can to help out but cannot be held accountable for your mistake or incorrect orders.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will found out about your return. 

Please note Machine Fitness takes no responsibility for returned items that do not reach us. We suggest that you send your returns via a tracked and insured delivery service.
